What is your sporting ambition?
To become an Olympic champion
What was your inspiration to take up your sport?
To represent my country. I took up the sport because I had never rowed before I went to university and it was a new challenge. I had previously tried many sports but did not manage to reach to a high enough level.
What are your interests outside of sport?
Sport! Rugby, football, cricket, golf and I also enjoy architecture and design.
In your mind, what's the most memorable moment of past Olympics/Paralympics?
Rowing past the grandstands after we had received our medals in the Beijing 2008 Olympics and getting the praise of the 500 or so British supporters. This moment is closely followed by the closing ceremony as we were not lucky enough to compete in the Olympic stadium.
What three words best describe you?
Competitive, Stubborn, Belligerent
Who should light the flame for London 2012?
The Queen
If you were a character from a film, who would you be and why?
Benjamin Button because the older I get the more immature I am!
