What is your sporting ambition?
My sporting ambition is to represent Great Britain at the London 2012 Olympic Games. To win on home soil would be really special to me and I would also like to go to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Before the London 2012 Olympic Games I would like to become world champion and win as many opens as possible. What was your inspiration to take up your sport?
I took up taekwondo when some of my friends started training and I love it from the beginning. I was determined straight away that I wanted to get to the highest level possible and trained really hard to become a member of the British national team. What are your interests outside of sport?
Outside the sport I love to shop and spend time with my family; who I don’t see too often because I live in Manchester and they are in Scotland. I also like to hang out with my friends and relax. In your mind, what's the most memorable moment of past Olympics/Paralympics?
My most memorable moment at the 2008 Beijing Olympics was when my team mate Sarah Stevenson won a bronze medal after overturning the judges decision; they didn’t score her head shot. I was really happy for her and it was Great Britain’s first medal in taekwondo; it made me even more determined to achieve what she has. What three words best describe you?
Quiet, Hard Working and Extremely DeterminedWho should light the flame for London 2012?
Kelly Holmes, she is a great athlete and represented Great Britain really well at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. She was amazing to watch and is one of my favourite athletes.
