What is your sporting ambition?
To be the best I can possibly be as a hockey player and help the team to be successful at an Olympic Games. What was your inspiration to take up your sport?
My inspiration comes from many influential and strong characters including both of my parents. One of the most influential people would be Jon Royce; he helped accelerate my development as a player and as a person. With Jon’s help I won my first International cap in 1999 and went on to represent Great Britain at the Olympic Games the very next year – this would not have been possible without Jon’s help and guidance. What are your interests outside of sport?
Reading, watching films and television programmes such as Sex & the City and eating out. In your mind, what's the most memorable moment of past Olympics/Paralympics?
Kelly Holmes winning her first gold medal in Athens 2004 Olympics before following up with her second What three words best describe you?
Passionate, Dedicated, ProfessionalWho should light the flame for London 2012?
I think it needs to be a clean, British role model from an Olympic sport who has shown great success over their career. I therefore think that it should be Sir Steve Redgrave. If you were a character from a film, who would you be and why?
I think I would be Isla Fisher in Confessions of a Shopaholic because I love shoes and I love to shop.
